Mobile phone shutdown or frequent restart automatically, is usually caused by the data conflict or system problem.

Can follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

Note:

  1. When you come across network anomalies under 4G(preferred)/3G/2G mode, please try to set as 3G(preferred)/2G.
  2. Data roaming: With this feature enabled, you can connect to data service when in international roaming. Please be aware that enabling data roaming may cause considerable roaming charges.

Carriers:

  1. When you are out of range of your SIM card carriers, you can only make calls via local carriers that have roaming agreements with your SIM card carriers. You can set available carriers here. You may need to pay extra fees for the mobile services provided by these carriers.

APN:

  1. You can set APN based on the type of you SIM card. Usually these features does not need your setting, as they are defaulted before delivery. If your SIM card has enough money loaded, then you can use these features out of box. you can connect to the Internet soon as you enabled the "Mobile network" feature. If you by accident have the features incorrectly set or the APN removed, all you need is simple tap "Reset to default". Cellular data networks may vary depending on the type of SIM card. Please choose the proper APN based on the local traffic plan. Please consult the network operator for details.

Edit name:

Tap "Edit name" to edit the name of SIM card.


  1. You can enable or disable Wi-Fi under "Settings > Wi-Fi". Choose a network connection after enabling Wi-Fi.
  2. If a Wi-Fi network is encrypted then is displayed and you need to enter the password.
  3. When your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the signal strength of the Wi-Fi network will be displayed in the status bar at the top of the screen. The more bars you see, the stronger the signal.
  4. If there is no Wi-Fi network available, or you have disabled Wi-Fi, your phone will try to connect to the Internet via a cellular data network.
  5. Once your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, it will connect to the network automatically when in range. If more than one previously used Wi-Fi network is in range, your phone will connect to the most recently used network.

  1. If you want to add a Wi-Fi network that is not in the list of available networks, please choose "Add network" and enter network SSID. You need to know the network name, password and security type before connecting to it.
  2. For advanced settings on a Wi-Fi network, you can press the [Menu button] and tap "Advanced settings".

  1. Wi-Fi signal is too weak to establish the connection, please make sure the Wi-Fi signal is good enough when trying to connect.
  2. Connection restrictions have been set on wireless router (such as MAC/IP filtering), please change the connection restriction of the router.
  3. Phone firmware is faulty, please download the firmware from official website and update the phone.

  2. If your phone is a customized version, you can only access the 4G network using the SIM card issued by the corresponding carrier.

  4. Use a standard SIM card provided by your carrier. Hand-cut or non-standard SIM cards may cause your phone to malfunction. After you have replaced your SIM card with a new one, call your carrier to update your background data, and then restart your phone.
  5. You have activated the 4G data plan and the enabled the 4G network connection on your phone.
  6. Make sure the carrier provides local 4G network coverage.

Personal Hotspot

  1. Wi-Fi Hotspot: You can share the phone's internet connection by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot.
  2. Configure Wi-Fi hotspot: You can manually change the default network, security and password settings (You are recommended to keep the default settings. Tap "Show password" to view the password.
  3. Share phone network via Bluetooth: You can share the phone is Internet connection via Bluetooth. Mobile network tethering will incur data charges. Wi-Fi tethering is recommended.
  4. Share phone network via USB: You can share your phone's network with USB that is connected to your computer.

Change Wi-Fi hotspot password:

  1. You can tap "Password" under "Settings > Personal Hotspot > Configure Wi-Fi hotspot", enter a new password, then tap "Done" (Initial password is considered as default password).

VPN settings:

  1. An organization's internal VPN allows you to communicate private information securely over a public network. For example, you may need to configure a VPN to access your work emails. Use the following guidelines to increase your battery life:

  1. Turn Bluetooth off when you do not need it.
  2. Please turn off scanning, disable WLAN availability in Wireless LAN settings when you are not using Wi-Fi.
  3. The brightness of the screen may affect the standby time of battery power. In the display settings, you can change the time-out(sleep time), and adjust the brightness to auto.
  4. Leaving applications running in the background increases the consumption of battery power, please close the application you do not use.
  5. Please turn off vibrate function of your mobile phone, and just use the ring tone to prolong the battery life.
  6. Please try not to leave apps, pictures, video working under the background.

If the battery drains fast even though there is no features consuming the power, the battery may be worn out and you need to replace it with a new one.


It is normal that the smartphone device gets hot when playing videos or games on it or charging it because there are a lot of apps running in the background, however, we can prevent it from getting too hot if we follow the instructions below:

  1. Turn off the function and apps that are seldom used such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, games etc.
  2. Turn down the brightness of the screen and reduce the screen sleep time.
